1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the LearnMore Academy website and enrolling in our training programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Enrollment and Course Access

Enrollment in courses is subject to availability and payment of applicable fees. Upon successful enrollment:

• You gain access to course materials and lab environments for the specified duration
• Access is personal and non-transferable
• Sharing of login credentials or course materials is strictly prohibited
• LearnMore Academy reserves the right to modify course content to keep it current and relevant

3. Payment and Refund Policy

All fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before course commencement. Our refund policy:

• Cancellations made 7 days before course start: Full refund minus processing fees
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before start: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before start: No refund
• After course commencement: No refund, but course transfer may be considered

LearnMore Academy reserves the right to modify the fee structure with advance notice.

4. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain professional conduct. The following are prohibited:

• Using skills or knowledge gained for malicious, illegal, or unauthorized purposes
• Disrupting classes, labs, or other students' learning experience
• Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or fellow students
• Sharing confidential course materials, lab credentials, or proprietary content externally
• Plagiarism in assignments, projects, or assessments

Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

5. Ethical Use of Skills

Students enrolled in cybersecurity and ethical hacking programs must:

• Use skills only for legal, authorized security testing and legitimate professional purposes
• Always obtain written permission before conducting security assessments on any system
• Abide by all applicable laws and regulations regarding cybersecurity

LearnMore Academy is not responsible for any misuse of skills or knowledge acquired through our programs.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, lab environments, and learning resources are the intellectual property of LearnMore Academy. Students may use materials for personal learning only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any course material is strictly prohibited without written consent.

7. Placement Assistance

LearnMore Academy provides placement assistance as a value-added service. We do not guarantee employment. Placement success depends on individual performance, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to connect qualified graduates with hiring partners.

8. Limitation of Liability

LearnMore Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the student for the relevant course.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify enrolled students of material changes via email.
